HostGator: Inexpensive web hosting with great tech support
RackSpace: Top-rated, high end hosting (dedicated servers)

Automation
Aweber: The web's most respected and reliable autoresponder service
WebBusinessWizard: My private label 1shoppingcart.com site, takes orders, follow-ups up with prospects and customers, builds your opt-in lists, handles affiliate programs, etc.
Alertra: Website uptime monitoring alerts you via email or phone if your site goes down 
iDrive: Free web-based backups of all your important files

E-Commerce
Authorize Dot Net: Merchant accounts so you can accept credit card orders online and off
Paypal: Perhaps the easiest way to accept credit cards online, be sure to offer this option to your customers
ClickBank: Order processing plus access to a built-in affiliate network
