Marketing Strategy Yields $10k in a Month..."

web business building strategy. In less than thirty days it has
yielded $9,999.00 in new sales. (100 sales of a $99 product.)
That figure is above and beyond my regular sales. And it is a
strategy I can keep using over and over.
Average that new income over a year, and it adds up to a
whopping $119,988. Not bad for a strategy that takes me 15
minutes a day.

All you need is a website with some traffic and preferably, a
subscriber list. If you do NOT have those resources at your

OK, so I guess you're dying to
hear what this new strategy is and how you can start using it
right away, right?
I'll sum it up in one sentence...
Work with non-competing sites.
I now spend a mere 15 minutes a day locating and contacting
owners of sites in similar niches. If I like their product or
service, I simply tell them I want to promote it.
What's that?
I tell them I want to promote THEIR product? "How," you may be
asking, "did that increase sales of YOUR product, Jim?"
Simple. It's called Synergy.
Dictionary.com defines "synergy" as: "The interaction of two
or more agents or forces so that their combined effect is
greater than the sum of their individual effects"
And that says it all, really.
You see, I'm not out there "pitching" potential
super-affiliates. You know that tired ol' bit... "I have a new
product and I'll give you X% of the profits if you'll promote
it."
Frankly, webmasters are tiring of those pitches. In fact, I
receive literally dozens of them every week now. I don't have
time to even look at all those offers.
HOWEVER...
When someone comes to me and says, "Hey Jim, I think I can sell
lots of copies of your new software..." then I sit up and take
notice. And that folks, is the #1 job of any JV offer.
So that's what I'm doing in my own efforts.
As I mentioned earlier, I now spend a mere 15 minutes a day
locating and contacting owners of sites in similar niches. I
check out their product and in some cases actually purchase it.
If the product looks like it would be helpful to my subscribers,
I email the owner and let them know that. In the process, I also
"introduce" a product of mine that would fit in well with their
niche, such as my
web business building software.
What has been resulting time and time again is a JV-JV, or
double joint venture, where I promote their product and they
promote mine. Synergy. Increased sales. Call it what you want,
it is very effective and profitable for both parties involved.
In a moment I'll show you how I've managed to pare this task,
which normally takes hours, down to 15 minutes a day. But first
I want to spell out a few "ground rules" before you consider
using this strategy.
Rule #1: Make sure you have a top-notch product, service
or opportunity to present BEFORE you start using this strategy.
You'll need testimonials in place and you should also be willing
to offer a complimentary review of your offering should it be
requested.
Rule #2: Stick to businesses that are NOT directly
competing with you, but whose offerings are in the same niche.
For example, if your site offers discount search engine
submissions, don't try to hook up with another search engine
submission site. Instead, try domain name registrars, web
hosting companies, or similar sites.
Rule #3: Try to find other businesses whose traffic and
subscriber lists are comparable to yours. Remember, you'll want
to show that you can make a comparable number of sales for them,
and then back up that claim. So don't aim too high, but don't
aim too low.

be time-consuming. I mean, surfing the web for potential
"partners" and researching each one thoroughly seemed a bit
daunting.
Then it dawned on me that I had two tools already sitting on my
desktop, that would be up to the task. I just had not used them
for this exact application. And they were perfect for it.
Synergy Tool #1:
Desktop Spider
The Spider is Windows desktop software which acts as a
time-saving tool for people wanting more joint venture partners

It searches the web for you using two separate search functions.
The "keyword search" finds the most powerful sites for any
keyword or phrase you choose. And the "site search" allows you
to input any website and find out who links to them and who they
link to. (You could even put in your competitors and find out
everything you need to know about their links.)
For every website returned after a search, you're shown the
number of links into that site, their Alexa traffic rank and an
email contact address.
You can then craft an email to the site owner, (proven templates
are included!) and request synergy, in form of a link swap, a
joint venture, a co-promotion, or anything else that makes sense
for you both.

newsletters in the same niche and size range as mine. I

mine, and within a week we were recommending them to our
subscribers. He increased his readership and client base, and I
did the same. In other words, we helped each other boost our
revenue, while helping our subscribers increase theirs. Talk
about synergy!
