my recommendations.

reading your material for over five years. I started with
beatingbizfailure, but did not have much success online.
About two years ago I began vismedical.com and I will say
that today I am over $2000 a month, every month and is is a

But, I believe I may have reached an impass, in other words my
growth has been stuck on $2000 a month for the last 10 months.
Although I am not complaining and enjoy the extra income, I know
I can make so much more money.
My question to you Jim is what services or products do you
currently have that can help someone like me who is already
making money online be able to double his income with his chosen
niche.
My niche is helping people start or expand a medical staffing
agency. I consult for nurses, radiology and even doctors on how
they can start or what they need.
Well, I don't know if you will get to read this email personally
or not specially because you have tens of thousands of

conversions.
Now onto some ideas for getting more
high-converting traffic into your site...
I think your next step, now that you have products that sell, is
to offer an affiliate program for your customers and your
subscribers. An affiliate program is like hiring a bunch of
sales people that work on a commission -only basis. As long as
you offer a generous commission it simply cannot fail. You can
kick things off by announcing it to your
current subscriber list as soon as it is ready.
There are lots of solution providers you can use
to set up an affiliate program including my own at webbusinesswizard.com (a private label of
the popular 1shoppingcart platform).
Or if you do not want to hassle with
paying the affiliates yourself, just use clickbank.com to do the
whole thing. Clickbank has a built-in network of 100,000 or so
affiliate marketers and there are many there in your niche
already.
Once you have you affiliate program in place, it is important to
become pro-active in finding super-affiliates. The only way to
do that is to actively seek
out new jv partners on a regular basis. The best candidates are other website owners, clickbank
affiliates and newsletter owners in fields related, but not
directly competing with yours.
When you contact them either by email or phone, tell them you
want to promote THEIR product to your subscribers. Then ask them
if they like the result if they'll promote your top product to
their audience. Just 1 or 2 JV
partners per month can add thousands to your monthly income. In
fact, I've had JV partners sell hundreds of thousands of dollars
worth of my products in a single month. It's that powerful. One
of my clients added this strategy to his business and saw a 50%
increase literally overnight!
I also noticed some SEO opportunities in your
niche. Search Engine Optimization of your site can get you lots
of great organic traffic from Google. If you need help with your
SEO consider
grabbing this free package
from the Stompernet guys. It shows you how to do SEO properly
without making the huge investment in time or money.
Finally, one other way you can grow your traffic is via
pay-per-click advertising on Google, MSN and Yahoo. Those top
three PPC networks work really well and your niche may be
perfect for some long tail ppc advertising. Long tail means
using less popular keyword phrases containing 3,4,5 words or
even longer.
You can get into this strategy with very little capital and use
it to drive
buyers to your site. I would set up a landing page first though,
instead of sending the traffic to your main page. The landing
page should give away your ebook via an opt-in form then hit
them with a special offer for your best book or package.
One caveat on
PPC advertising though: it can be a money hole if you do not do
it right. So don't even think about trying PPC without getting
some
proper PPC training
from someone who's been there and had success with PPC.
OK Roy, there
are the new strategies I recommend, along with the resources you
need to make it happen.
Once you have these new strategies in place,
