The Signature

Signatures are free to use and this feature is now available on almost all email programs. If it is included in your email software, I recommend you start using it today.

Simply put, the signature is a short "footer" (usually 3-5 lines) that you configure yourself. The signature is included in at the bottom of each email message you send and it is an excellent way for potential customers to learn about your products and services. When done properly, your signature can constantly advertise what you have to offer.

The typical signature file consists of your company name, a brief description of your products or services and web address if you have one. Remember, yours doesn’t have to be typical. Use your imagination.
